As members of an extraterrestrial observation team, aliens report regularly to their headquarters, which is a well-concealed space station near earth's solar system. The aliens have determined that human intelligence has evolved sufficiently to allow an alliance for space exploration and utilization is feasible. However, the human race must stop fighting among itself, and learn to use energy effectively without polluting the earth with emission of fossil fuels and waste by-products of atomic fuels. Care is being taken not to cause a general panic when the aliens reveal themselves to the human race. These reports are the first steps toward joining with human in cooperation and space exploration.
